Incora is seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join their team as a Customer Program Specialist. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, particularly with intermediate to complex accounts, by consistently providing high-quality service and support. The specialist will maintain an advanced working knowledge of customer operations, sales policies, internal processes, and contract administration. They will leverage internal partnerships to investigate, resolve, and reconcile customer issues. Key account administration tasks include bin maintenance, managing backorders, processing RMAs, prioritizing orders, and releasing orders. The goal is to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded through effective communication and problem-solving.
