About The Position

Incora is seeking an exceptional Customer Program Manager to join their team. As a leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, Incora prioritizes its people and customers. The Customer Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic program objectives to ensure error-free, on-time delivery of high-quality products and optimal program profitability. This role involves cultivating and sustaining valuable customer and supplier relationships, providing effective leadership in administration, infrastructure, and the development of efficiencies, process improvements, and personnel to support JIT Forward Stocking Location(s) (FSL). Key responsibilities include ensuring streamlined operations, facility organization, competent personnel, and fostering an atmosphere of trust and engagement through clear communication of accountabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience (may include sales, distribution, and inventory management).
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and real-time problem-solving strategies.
  • Supervisory experience with a proven ability to motivate others.
  • Strong process management and process improvement skills and/or experience with JIT Contract programs.
  • Aerospace industry product knowledge is required.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the use of integrated database systems and computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously promote and maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers to achieve the best market exposure and pursue value-added services.
  • Direct Program operations, including inventory/stocking strategy for JIT FSL(s) to maintain optimal levels supporting the Contract(s).
  • Manage and maintain Program budgetary compliance and recommend annual budget changes.
  • Plan, direct, and prioritize JIT FSL facility workflow and Project & Life Cycle strategies to manage a consistent and timely flow of inventory based on customer specifics and ship date requirements.
  • Manage department staff to ensure a high level of service to customers, fostering teamwork and directing employees toward goals.
  • Lead by example, providing managerial support and guidance to facility teams with effective administrative guidelines, work instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate and ensure team members have current program information, technical access, and necessary equipment/tools.
  • Implement, oversee, and document training for AS9100 requirements and Quality Work Instructions, including process improvements and customer-specific requirements.
  • Actively promote and engage facility staff in critical thinking for continuous JIT Program process improvements by gathering teams to discuss program strengths, deficiencies, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Respond to, investigate, and resolve communication failures or process deficiency claims against the FSL, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure document controls, processing, and recordkeeping comply with regulations and Incora policies.
  • Uphold Customer on-site policies and compliance procedures, as well as Incora policies.
  • Conduct supervisor performance evaluations or monitor employee performance evaluations and identify coaching needs; approve wage changes and promotions.
  • Create, compile, and analyze workflow, time, and labor reports to recommend organizational changes and process improvements.
  • Manage, coordinate, or designate onsite FSL facilities, equipment, and real estate maintenance, ensuring cleanliness, security, and organization.
  • Engage directly with customers' auditors to ensure accurate compliance and execution of customer specifications.
  • Attend all company-sponsored meetings.
