Our Pricing team plays a critical role in empowering commercial teams across the globe to exceed their goals. As a Customer Pricing Analyst, you will support pricing strategy, drive profitability, and collaborate closely with both internal partners and external customers. This is a full-time remote role.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in pricing, contracts, finance, or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Access is an asset)
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong business acumen and understanding of pricing/contract terminology
Self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Effective interpersonal skills to partner with cross‑functional teams
Ability to build expertise in Avantor’s business and become a subject‑matter resource

Nice To Haves

3+ years of relevant experience
Experience with SAP, Power BI, and PriceFX
Familiarity with contract compliance and pricing governance

Responsibilities

Analyze, evaluate, and implement pricing strategies to improve profitability while meeting compliance and contractual guidelines
Support regional sales leaders and sales representatives with pricing recommendations, contract support, and reporting
Manage assigned key accounts including customer communication, pricing execution, RFP coordination, and audit support
Contribute to SOX audit initiatives by monitoring routine price changes, uniform pricing requirements, and contractual terms
Review and implement contract updates driven by corporate initiatives, supplier price changes, or FX fluctuations
Prepare and present pricing files and insights to internal stakeholders across business units
Demonstrate and uphold Avantor’s mission, values, and Code of Conduct
Perform other duties as assigned
