Provide strategic oversight, organizational leadership, and accountability for service, inventory, scheduling and other critical business initiatives. Deliver YOY service improvements that balance customer request dates, plant scheduling optimization, and improved material age and turnover. Create and lead a unified culture (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Plant Planning) via a shared vision & strategies that deliver positive end-to-end experiences for plants and customers. Develop the cadences to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all teams. Lead direct teams and through influence with dotted line partnerships back to operations and operations planning.
