About The Position

As a Customer Pickup (CPU) Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while attending the customer pickup window.

Requirements

• Spanish/English highly preferred
• Must be proficient with Word and Excel
• Must have customer service experience, retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all customers entering the facility for the purpose of transacting and purchasing of all types of product from KSI Auto Parts.
• Identify customer trends to support market growth.
• Collaborate with warehouse associates to ensure sales objectives are met.
• Ability to transact with the customer via cash credit card, and/ or check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Work with in-house Accounts Receivable department to reconcile WALK-IN business.
• Complete proficiency when using NAVISION for order entry as well as any other aspects of the platform to conduct further operational activities.
• Learn and comply with all OSHA regulations, internal safety procedures, and all company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate, thorough, and consistent information with respect to all tasks performed.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to clearly and concisely communicate effectively with others.
• Other responsibilities as assigned
