About The Position

As a Customer Pickup (CPU) Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while attending the customer pickup window.

Meet and greet all customers entering the facility for the purpose of transacting and purchasing of all types of product from KSI Auto Parts.
Identify customer trends to support market growth.
Collaborate with warehouse associates to ensure sales objectives are met.
Ability to transact with the customer via cash credit card, and/ or check.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Work with in-house Accounts Receivable department to reconcile WALK-IN business.
Complete proficiency when using NAVISION for order entry as well as any other aspects of the platform to conduct further operational activities.
Learn and comply with all OSHA regulations, internal safety procedures, and all company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate, thorough, and consistent information with respect to all tasks performed.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to clearly and concisely communicate effectively with others.
