The Customer Order Support Specialist supports the Accounting and Operations Support Manager. Daily activities include order entry, customer support and problem solving. Requirements
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office a must)
- Good organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Strong customer support skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Enter and manage customer orders received via email, telephone, fax or other online Metso systems.
- Provide customer order support via email and telephone
- Works with Logistics or Customer Service to assist with customer needs or paperwork preparation
- Raises customer concerns to appropriate department with possible assist with resolution
- Coordinates with Customer Service on warranty orders
- Manage office supply inventory
