About The Position

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Customer Order Specialist onsite in Dallas, Texas, with Signify, the world leader in lighting. Accept and validate sales orders Verify availability of product for orders and prepare delivery proposals Manage sales orders up to delivery Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding products and services Manage combined shipment, missing, or Dead on Arrival (DOA) products Manage customer master data.

Requirements

• High School diploma and 1+ years of work experience in a similar role supporting customers and managing orders
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service and able to establish rapport with customers
• Excellent commercial awareness and effective communicator, utilizing listening and collaboration skills; problem-solving mindset
• Proficient in MS Office
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Nice To Haves

• experience with ERP/MRP systems a plus
• Fluency in Spanish preferred

Responsibilities
