About The Position
This position serves as a liaison between the sales force and customer service to meet customer expectations. The role involves interaction with Marketing, Sales Consultants, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Planners globally. This is not a direct customer service role.
Requirements
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
- Good communication skills (emailing and telephone).
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC Inventory Screens.
