This role ensures accurate order entry, inventory verification, production coordination, and timely customer fulfillment while serving as a key liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Production, Warehouse, Shipping, and Accounting. The Customer Order Coordinator works proactively to ensure customer expectations are met, inventory is available, and orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
