About The Position

Waste Harmonics Keter is a growing company with nearly 25 years of experience in managed waste services, known for its high-touch customer service and tech-enabled programs. The Customer Operations Specialist – REIT role is responsible for managing the day-to-day waste and recycling operations for approximately 25–30 assigned properties. This involves scheduling hauls, confirming service completion and weights, reviewing invoices for discrepancies, tracking escalations, and providing responsive customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and accountable, capable of managing their workload independently, using critical thinking and operational data to resolve issues, and knowing when to seek support or escalate concerns. This is a remote position requiring candidates to reside in Arizona.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in customer operations, customer service, dispatch, service coordination, or a related field
  • Strong customer service and professional communication skills
  • Ability to read and review invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interpret operational data and use it to make sound decisions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and consistently follow through on responsibilities
  • Willingness to ask questions and seek support when appropriate
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred
  • Experience in waste and recycling, property management, logistics, facilities services, or other service-based operations
  • Experience with eTrack, work order systems, CRM platforms, or similar operational systems
  • Experience reviewing invoices or service-related billing
  • Experience coordinating with vendors or third-party service providers

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily waste and recycling operations for approximately 25–30 consistently assigned properties
  • Schedule and coordinate waste and recycling hauls based on service needs and operational data
  • Confirm completed hauls, weights, and service details for accuracy
  • Review invoices, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution
  • Work within eTrack to manage service activity, work orders, property information, and operational updates
  • Monitor container history, PSI readings, service cycles, tenant changes, and other data to make informed service decisions
  • Track customer and service escalations through resolution
  • Coordinate equipment repairs and temporary roll-off container placement and removal
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve issues and provide timely, professional updates
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure assigned work is completed with consistent follow-through
  • Partner with internal teams and escalate issues when additional support is needed
