Our client, a manufacturer of specialized enterprise technology and hardware solutions, is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to join their team near Warwick. Having experienced double-digit growth over the last five years, they’re looking for someone who can bring structure, accountability, and operational leadership across customer service, order management, accounts receivable, and procurement related activities. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of two, where you'll balance team oversight with direct involvement in key operational processes. Working closely with sales, finance, supply chain, and executive leadership, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while helping the organization scale for future growth.
