About The Position

Xcel Energy Outdoor Lighting Group is looking to hire a talented and customer-focused Customer Operations Associate (Progression)! The position is based at our Lipan Distribution Center (LDC), Denver 80223, on a hybrid (3 days per week in office) work schedule. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries by phone and email, processing outdoor lighting outages and service requests, coordinating with field crews and contractors, handling billing and account changes, maintaining accurate customer and asset records, performing data entry and data cleanup, supporting special projects, and providing exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.
