About The Position

As a Customer Operations Analyst Intern, you will contribute to key initiatives that drive business growth, enhance the end-to-end customer journey, and strengthen operational excellence.   This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to customer strategy, revenue optimization, and core business operations, within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a meaningful role in identifying customer needs, supporting revenue-generating activities, and improving processes that impact both customer satisfaction and business performance.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, forecasting, and interpreting datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools to translate data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data and process findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated mindset for process excellence, with the ability to evaluate current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
  • Ability to contribute to cross-functional projects focused on process optimization, including defining requirements, tracking progress, and ensuring successful implementation.

Nice To Haves

  • Education preferred in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.Alternative Majors: Business Analytics, Finance, or even Psychology

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing customer interactions and trends to generate insights that inform decision-making and improve overall service delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, billing, and account management.
  • Contributing to billing and risk management efforts by identifying potential process gaps, or compliance risks, and ensuring appropriate escalation and mitigation.
  • Supporting to the implementation of new projects and initiatives, while building expertise in customer strategy, product knowledge, and operational best practices.
