About The Position
This entry-level position helps new customers get successfullly onboarded through guided introductions, setup support, and relationship building. This is active, relationship-oriented work. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.
