This position assists in delivering a seamless customer onboarding experience by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with Bank policies and procedures. The Customer Onboarding Specialist provides support to both internal staff and external customers, serving as a key resource for routine onboarding functions while escalating complex matters as needed. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills.
