This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence at the Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with remaining days remote. Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities. Job Summary The Customer Onboarding Specialist supports the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, serving as a key point of contact to ensure accounts are set up accurately and ready for ordering. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Credit, Contract Administration, Regulatory, and Sales to coordinate onboarding activities, track progress, and resolve issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
