About The Position

Nestlé Professional Solutions at Nestlé USA is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist - Coffee for the Southeast region. This field-based role will partner with Customer Account Leads, Distributors, and Service Teams to onboard new business and support existing customers. The primary responsibility is managing all aspects of customer onboarding and ongoing service for coffee customers, including equipment installation, training, compliance, and service coordination within their assigned territory (Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida), with a preferred home-office base in Nashville. The role contributes to organizational goals by ensuring flawless execution, product stocking, compliance, and high customer satisfaction across a multi-state territory.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is essential
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Email, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel extensively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues to provide effective business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage installations and ensure site readiness for all new and existing accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Utilize Salesforce to communicate effectively, manage operations, and track service needs with Service Supervisors and Technicians.
  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training for new accounts, creating training materials and delivering presentations to diverse groups. Comfort in public speaking is essential.
  • Work closely with customer account leads, distributors, and service teams to ensure successful onboarding and identify incremental and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Oversee product compliance with Nestlé Professional Solutions owned dispensers and optimize brand merchandising at the point of consumption.
  • Be prepared for physical tasks, including setting up coffee machines and equipment, while managing both mental and physical demands of the role.
