As the Customer Onboarding Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for new customers during their onboarding phase. You will coordinate end-to-end technical implementations, ensure cross-functional teams are accountable, and guide customers to go live with confidence. The goal is to transform new customers into successful, long-term Airship users by delivering a smooth and well-organized onboarding experience from kickoff through handoff. This role combines project management, customer experience, and technology, requiring the management of multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. You will work with customer teams and internal stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals and have the opportunity to shape AI-driven onboarding processes for increased speed, intelligence, and scalability.
