About The Position

Smartly is excited to kick off applications for our Fall 2026 Internship Program! Are you interested in paid social advertising and helping customers successfully launch on a new technology platform? As a Customer Onboarding Intern at Smartly, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the team responsible for guiding new customers through their onboarding journey. You’ll work alongside our Onboarding Managers to create customer-facing materials, analyze campaign performance, build reporting views, and support campaign and feed setup. This is a great opportunity to strengthen your paid media and project-management skills while learning how a global technology company brings new customers onto its platform.

Requirements

A full-time senior, or recent graduate from an accredited four-year college or university
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field
Familiar with paid social advertising through coursework, internships, or professional experience
Organized and interested in developing your project-management skills
Comfortable working with data and creating presentations
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Experienced with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or Snapchat

Responsibilities

Assist Onboarding Managers with customer onboarding projects and day-to-day deliverables
Create and update customer-facing presentations and onboarding materials
Help build reporting views and organize performance data
Support campaign analysis and identify key insights
Assist with campaign and product-feed creation
Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items
Collaborate with internal teams to help keep onboarding projects moving forward
Support more advanced customer onboarding projects based on your paid media experience
