  • Relevant experience in customer service, onboarding, or coordination.

  • Able to work independently within a structured framework.

Responsibilities

  • Support physicians who use the Xacte medical billing platform, from needs assessment through to go-live.
  • Ensure that their profile is properly created, that all information is complete, that they are correctly registered with the RAMQ, and that everything is in place so they can start using the platform effectively.
  • Deliver a structured, seamless, and professional experience, while building a relationship of trust from the very beginning.
  • Take ownership of new clients as they come on board and understand their needs.
  • Set up and configure their profiles while validating required information.
  • Coordinate next steps with internal teams (training, billing, support).
  • Follow up to ensure a seamless and timely go-live.
