Join us in our mission to empower healthcare innovators and improve healthcare differently. As a Client Onboarding Advisor, you take over after the sale and play a key role in onboarding new clients. In practical terms, you support physicians using the Xacte medical billing platform, from needs assessment through to go-live. You ensure their profiles are properly set up, information is complete, they are correctly registered (RAMQ), and everything is in place for them to start using the platform effectively. Your role is to deliver a structured, smooth, and professional experience, while building a strong relationship of trust from the very beginning.

Requirements

  • Organized, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and attentive to delivering a high-quality client experience
  • Structured and detail-oriented in your follow-ups
  • Can manage multiple priorities without losing track
  • Comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders, including professionals
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both French and English
  • Able to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Comfortable using technology and web-based platforms
  • Relevant experience in customer service, onboarding, or coordination
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently within a structured framework

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of new clients as they come on board and understand their needs
  • Set up and configure their profiles while validating required information
  • Coordinate next steps with internal teams (training, billing, support)
  • Follow up to ensure a seamless and timely go-live
