About The Position

We're hiring a Customer Marketing Specialist to help surround our customers with appreciation and recognition. This is a high-energy, relationship-first role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You'll own the programs, experiences, and content that celebrate our customers, highlight their achievements, and show them how important they are to the DealRoom community. In this role, you’ll help turn great customer relationships into lasting partnerships and enthusiastic advocates by consistently showing customers that their success matters. From customer spotlights and appreciation initiatives to advocacy programs and storytelling, you’ll ensure our customers feel valued, supported, and proud to be part of the DealRoom ecosystem. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and AI-savvy — someone who can build genuine relationships, manage multiple projects without dropping the ball, and find smarter, faster ways to get things done while creating meaningful moments for our customers.

Requirements

  • Warm, outgoing, and persistent — you build genuine rapport with customers that naturally leads to advocacy and participation
  • An exceptional communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills who represents DealRoom professionally in every interaction
  • A project management pro who plans and executes with precision — nothing falls through the cracks
  • AI-fluent and proactive about finding efficiencies; you see automation as a competitive advantage
  • A collaborative team player who thrives working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, customer marketing, or a related field
  • Scrappy and self-directed — you take ownership and don't wait for perfect direction

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationships & Advocacy: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with customers through consistent engagement.
  • Customer Appreciation Programs: Develop and manage programs that celebrate and recognize customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported as part of the DealRoom community.
  • Project & Campaign Management: Lead multiple customer marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects and campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Events & Programs: Plan and execute in-person and virtual customer marketing events that deepen relationships and foster community among DealRoom customers.
  • AI-Powered Workflows: Use AI tools to automate and scale workflows including milestone tracking, event follow-up, outreach, and content creation.
  • Cross-Functional Work: Partner with Brand, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to amplify customer stories across the right channels
