About The Position

At Absolute Security, our customers are some of the most sophisticated security and IT leaders in the world. This role exists to make sure their stories, voices, and experiences show up where it counts: in the market, in sales cycles, and at the table. We're looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who can run the full customer marketing motion: from campaigns that drive expansion and activation, to the reference programs and reviews that give buyers confidence, to the events that bring our customer community together.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer marketing, customer success marketing, or similar role
  • Experience running review generation programs on Gartner Peer Insights and/or G2
  • Proven ability to build and manage customer reference programs and case study pipelines
  • Strong project and program management skills: you can track a lot of moving pieces without dropping any
  • Experience planning and executing customer events, including executive-level formats
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with CS, sales, and product marketing
  • Strong writer who can develop compelling customer narratives from raw interview material
  • Background in B2B tech or cybersecurity
  • Experience building or owning a customer content or reference tracking system
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Asana, or similar for program tracking

Responsibilities

  • Run customer marketing campaigns designed to drive expansion and activation across the existing customer base.
  • Own our presence on Gartner Peer Insights and G2, building and executing review generation programs that keep our ratings current, credible, and competitive.
  • Manage our customer reference program from end to end: maintaining a database of referenceable customers, building case studies and testimonials, and working with sales to match the right references to the right opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a tracking system for all customer content and references so anyone on the team can find what they need, fast.
  • Plan and execute customer events, including executive Customer Advisory Boards (CABs). That includes logistics, content, speaker coordination, and making sure the experience is worth a CISO's time.
