About The Position

Supplier.io is experiencing rapid growth, and our platform capabilities are expanding quickly. This role focuses on leveraging our existing customer base, which represents our largest growth opportunity. The Customer Marketing Manager will introduce new capabilities to current customers, driving usage, expansion conversations, and renewals. This position involves a close collaboration with the product release process, translating product marketing's positioning and messaging into customer-facing programs. The role requires partnering with internal content, web, and email teams to execute these programs, without direct ownership of those channels. It is an execution-focused role with a commercial orientation, where success is measured by adoption and retention rather than campaign volume.
