About The Position

The Customer Journey Auditor is responsible for ensuring that Circle K properties meet established image standards through store inspections. This role involves verifying that the property and equipment contribute to a safe and pleasant environment for all employees. Key duties include inspecting food service areas to confirm correct temperatures for various items (coffee, roller grill, condiments, coolers, freezers) and checking expiration dates. The auditor must ensure all store areas maintain Circle K's standards for image and cleanliness, verify the correct implementation of marketing and operation programs, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Specific inspections are required for Simply Great Coffee stores (signage, cups, flavors, in-stock products) and Kitchen stores (signage, equipment, storage, food quality, and product availability).

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent education
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Food Handler’s Certificate (where required by law)
Possess a valid Driver’s License
Ability to work 5 days/50+ hours per week work schedule
Must be self-directed and productive without direct supervision

Responsibilities

Ensure property meets Circle K’s image standards using store inspection forms.
Ensure property and equipment create a safe and pleasant environment for all employees.
Inspect food service areas, ensuring correct temperatures for coffee, roller grill items, condiments, freezers, and coolers.
Check for correct expiration dates on food products.
Ensure all areas of the store uphold Circle K’s image and cleanliness standards.
Check for correct implementation of Marketing and Operation programs.
Keep locations in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Inspect Simply Great Coffee stores for organization of signage, cups, flavors, and in-stock products.
Inspect Kitchen stores for organization of signage, equipment, and storage.
Ensure food quality is great and look for sufficient amounts of product for customer consumption.
