StackAdapt is seeking a Customer Insights Manager to join their Product Marketing team. This individual-contributor role will focus on connecting insights across product launches, enablement, education, and customer engagement to understand drivers of adoption, retention, and customer success. The position involves translating data into actionable insights to understand customer behavior, performance trends, and opportunities across the customer journey. Key responsibilities include building and operationalizing scalable reporting frameworks, identifying trends across systems, and supporting data-informed prioritization and planning. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and skilled at transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that influence product launches, customer education, and journey optimization.
