About The Position

STAN is looking for a Customer Implementation Manager who is a motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter who is passionate about customer service and technology, and who supports STAN AI's HOA and condo property management clients across North America as they onboard and launch our AI solutions. This position is based in North York and is currently full-time in-office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and enjoys building teams in person. STAN is the largest provider of AI solutions for HOA and Condo Property Managers. We are using cutting-edge and patented artificial intelligence technology to build solutions that enhance life for residents of more than 4 million+ homes across North America. And, we are on a mission to build the world’s first AI property manager. Requirements

Excellent outgoing communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
Proven experience in SaaS client onboarding, customer service, and/or customer success.
Tech-savy, with the ability to quickly learn new products and explain them to others.
Knowledge of CRM software, project management tools, and CS platforms.
Analytical and creative in finding solutions for customers.
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to set expectations with customers.

Nice To Haves

Experience in real estate, property management, or PropTech is a plus.

Responsibilities

Become a STAN AI technical product expert
Manage all assigned customer onboardings and ensure successful launch of STAN AI across each client's property portfolio.
Provide detailed account walkthroughs and guide new customers through their AI deployment.
Lead kick-off calls to communicate account setup requirements and expectations with key stakeholders.
Educate customers on STAN's suite of tools, capabilities, and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations.
Monitor setup progress across accounts, identify potential risks, and guide next steps.
Resolve conflicts and provide technical solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Bot Review, and Development teams to deliver world-class client experiences.
Serve as the internal voice of the customer at STAN, driving client needs forward.
Develop a deep understanding of customers' business and operational objectives.
Establish strong relationships with new customer stakeholders and deepen relationships with existing ones.
