Requirements

• Talented service representatives with one year of experience and remarkable achievements
• Individuals comfortable with innovative technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential
• Availabilities from 8AM to 12AM EST, 7 days a week (40h week)
• Priority will be given to candidates available to work evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience in a contact centre is beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through a mix of emails, live chats, social media, phone calls & video consultations, to deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Keep up-to-date with our products, launches, and promotions to provide enthusiastic and informed support.
• Address customer concerns regarding orders, checkout, or product assembly swiftly and professionally.
• Guarantee exceptional service by proactively following up with customers post-interaction.
• Creatively solve any issues that arise after sales to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
• Work alongside the operations team to manage and fulfill special orders effectively.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and overall excellence.
• Handle various tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to evolving job requirements.
