About The Position

This role is for a Customer Growth Account Manager at Tricentis, focusing on being a strategic partner, project manager, and business driver for customers rather than a traditional Customer Success role. The primary responsibility is to manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring their successful adoption of Tricentis products, achievement of meaningful business value, timely renewals, and expansion of their investment. The role emphasizes proactive engagement, driving outcomes, meticulous project management for accounts, building relationships across all organizational levels, and leveraging modern tools including AI to enhance productivity and account management.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales in a SaaS environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers
  • Comfort owning commercial conversations (renewals, expansion, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in quality engineering, DevOps, or test automation
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar tools
  • A track record of driving measurable customer outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Tailor messages for each level of the organization
  • Own renewals from strategy to close
  • Identify expansion opportunities
  • Ensure no renewal becomes a last-minute fire drill
  • Work closely with Sales
  • Work closely with Professional Services
  • Work closely with Product Support
  • Work closely with Product teams
  • Bring teams together to solve customer problems
  • Be curious about AI and how it impacts customers
  • Use AI tools to improve personal productivity
  • Continuously find smarter ways to manage accounts
