Requirements

At least one year of experience in a professional office or corporate environment, specifically within Operations, Transport, Supply Chain, or Inventory.
Intermediate-level knowledge of MS software, particularly MS Excel.
An analytical mindset, supported by intermediate Excel skills, to solve live issues and support projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to review current processes, suggest improvements, implement, and support with process documentation.
Must be accountable, work well under pressure, and possess strong time management and prioritization skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
Willingness to travel to the 3PL location at least once per quarter, including attending the year-end stock count, plus occasional domestic and international travel as required by the business.

Nice To Haves

Previous exposure to customer service, order management, operations, supply chain, or logistics.
Experience working with operational data, stock information, purchase orders, or shipment trackers.
Experience in beauty, fashion, apparel, consumer goods, or another fast-moving product environment.

Responsibilities

Support the sales order fulfilment cycle to achieve on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries to Tangle Teezer North America customers.
Act as an intermediary between Sales & Fulfilment Centre, providing order status visibility.
Attend weekly meetings with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and US 3PL teams to provide live order updates and distribute the Live List.
Serve as the primary contact for account-specific queries, communicating any issues impacting order fulfilment.
Release sales orders to the US 3PL for packing and despatch.
Provide Sales Team with replenishment dates for out-of-stock SKUs by coordinating with Production Planners.
Key Purchase Orders for the Fulfilment Team.
Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for current ways of working.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Update cross-references for Customers.
Support the analysis of OTIF results for assigned accounts.
Support with rework requirements and customer onboarding.
Maintain US goods in transit file updates.
Process US fulfilment centre inbound requests from OEMs.
