About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to provide customers with a great food service experience in clean, state-of-the-art facilities. Customer - Food Service Coworkers maintain the in-store food program, help customers, and keep the store clean and inviting. The role is based at Kwik Star 229 and works overnight shifts. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $21.70 per hour; actual pay depends on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses ranging from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off. Some weekend and holiday availability is required.
