Customer - Food Service - Overnight
About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to provide customers with an excellent food service experience in clean, state-of-the-art facilities. Customer - Food Service Coworkers maintain the in-store food program and help keep the store clean and inviting. This role is based at Kwik Star 1055 and is an overnight shift. The full pay range is $16.00 to $21.70; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses ranging from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package. Some weekend and holiday availability is required.
