About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to provide an excellent customer and food service experience in clean, state-of-the-art facilities. Customer - Food Service Coworkers maintain the in-store food program, help customers, and keep the store clean and inviting. This role is based at Kwik Trip 1176 and has a variable shift. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.30, with actual pay determined by factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses ranging from 8–12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package. The position provides opportunities to develop skills and pursue other roles within the company.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age to work in Kwik Trip stores.
- Great people skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help customers.
- Some weekend and holiday availability is required.
