About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to provide an excellent customer and food service experience in clean, state-of-the-art facilities. Customer - Food Service Coworkers maintain the in-store food program, help customers, and keep the store clean and inviting. The role is in a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to problem-solve and shift priorities quickly. Some weekend and holiday availability is required. The listed shift is variable, and the full pay range is $15.00 to $20.30. Actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses ranging from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. The role can provide opportunities to develop skills and pursue other roles within the company.
