About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to provide customers with a strong customer and food service experience in clean, state-of-the-art facilities. Coworkers maintain the in-store food program and help maintain a clean and inviting store. The role is based at Kwik Trip 444 and has an afternoon/evening shift. Some weekend and holiday availability is required. The listed full pay range is $16.00 to $21.70; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers, with bonuses ranging from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability.
