About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive coworkers to provide excellent customer and food service in clean, state-of-the-art store facilities. The role includes maintaining the in-store food program, helping customers, and keeping the store clean and inviting. Coworkers work in a fast-paced environment and need to adapt quickly to challenges and changing priorities. Some weekend and holiday availability is required. The position offers a variable shift and a stated full pay range of $16.00 to $21.70; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses ranging from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.
