About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Experience Team Member. This is an on-site position that plays a critical role in helping us care for customer clothing and household items. The role combines customer service, detailed garment inspection, and customer database management. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable following structured processes in a fast-paced environment. Applicants may be asked to complete a short job-related exercise demonstrating garment and color identification for data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome walk-in customers with a smile, answer questions professionally and courteously and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
  • Use a tablet-based point of sale and customer management system.
  • Carefully inspect clothing and household items for stains, tears or rips, missing buttons, broken zippers, items left in pockets, and other damage or special conditions.
  • Accurately document item details in a customer database system to track cleaning, pressing, alteration and delivery instructions.
  • Attach instructions and record notes for production staff.
  • Sort and organize incoming and outgoing orders correctly.
  • Open or close a location and keep the front counter and work areas clean and organized.
