About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented person to join our front counter team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, staying organized, and paying close attention to detail. As a Customer Experience Team Member, you will assist customers with clothing and household item drop-off and pickup, carefully inspect customer belongings, and enter accurate item information into our computer system. Because accuracy is very important, candidates may complete a brief skills exercise involving garment recognition and color identification during the hiring process. New hires participate in approximately 120 hours of paid hands-on training. Training may take place at multiple company locations, including Hamburg, Orchard Park, and East Aurora.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assisting with questions, service requests, and order pickup/drop-off
  • Examining garments and household items carefully
  • Recording accurate descriptions and service instructions in a database system
  • Tagging and organizing orders correctly
  • Helping maintain a clean, orderly, and professional environment
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties as scheduled
