About The Position

Benzinger’s Clothing Care is looking for a full-time Customer Experience (CX) Team Member to join our team. This position is located in our Orchard Park location with training completed in Hamburg. Our Orchard Park store is a welcoming neighborhood location with a wonderful base of dedicated customers. We’re looking for someone who makes sure every visit feels friendly, easy, and personal.

Requirements

• Enjoy a fast pace and would rather stay busy than watch the clock.
• Like jobs where you can see what you've accomplished at the end of the day.
• Must be available to work up to two Saturdays per month from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• Some initial and ongoing training will take place at our Hamburg location.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers, warmly greeting them, helping with drop-offs and pick-ups, answering questions, and making sure they feel well cared for.
• Check incoming garments and other items into our customer database.
• Organize completed orders so they are ready and easy to find at pick-up.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and inviting.
• Learn both opening and closing responsibilities.
• Help keep everything moving accurately and efficiently throughout the day.
