About The Position

Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for performing highly detailed clerical tasks and general clerical support to various teams. Responsibilities

  • Book loads and enter orders tendered from customer
  • Schedule pick-up and delivery, trace and obtain load updates, and assist internal customers with problems on loads
  • Monitor freight in transit and customer location requests for appointments
  • Perform general administrative duties, clerical duties (processing and coding documents, maintaining records and files, etc.) and compile and arrange data
