About The Position

City Auto Murfreesboro is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist in Antioch, TN, offering full-time or part-time schedules at our new Mitsubishi boutique inside Tanger Outlets Nashville. This role is ideal for curious minds who enjoy teaching, learning, and engaging with people in a calm, modern retail setting. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll spend your day engaging guests in thoughtful conversations, walking them through the Outlander and Outlander PHEV, highlighting advanced technology and sustainability features, answering real questions without pressure, coordinating test-drive appointments with the dealership team, maintaining visual excellence in the showroom, and collecting customer insights that help refine and elevate the overall experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in automotive technology, sustainability, or clean energy
• Ability to explain complex features simply
• Comfortable in a modern retail showroom setting
• Positive, team-first attitude

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or brand education
• Experience with electric or hybrid vehicles
