Responsibilities

• Utilize your upbeat attitude, communication skills, and creativity.
• Greet all customers, including prospects, residents, and vendors, with a smile.
• Respond courteously and promptly to all resident and prospect inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Answer all property phone calls and take detailed notes.
• Ensure apartments are ready for showings daily and for upcoming move-ins.
• Inspect buildings, amenities, and vacant apartments to ensure they meet Cottonwood Standards, including the tour path and resident welcome experience.
• Understand and communicate pricing and information about all available apartment homes to prospective renters.
• Assist in planning community events and social media marketing.
• Organize the package room daily as packages are delivered.
• Maintain community-related communications and vendor relationships.
