Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, organized, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
- Assist with CSI surveys and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and communication
- Work closely with sales and service teams
- Create a positive VIP customer experience
