About The Position
Snyder is expanding our Customer Experience team! We're looking for a motivated, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. This role focuses on handling maintenance membership cancellations, de-escalating customer concerns, and collaborating with trade managers to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC terminology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Team lead experience preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and follow-ups
- Schedule appointments and manage time effectively
- Communicate clearly and document customer accounts
- Educate customers throughout their service journey
- Work collaboratively with team members and trade managers
