Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years of customer support experience
- Two (2) years of experience with flat steel products
Responsibilities
- Administer sales orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Monitor and track orders, providing timely status updates to Account Executives and customers.
- Provide top-tier support to Majestic customers while effectively promoting our brand, products, and services.
- Maintain detailed records of all important activities in our CRM system.
- Work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and participate in additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.
