About The Position

WashU Car Wash is hiring a Customer Experience & Sales Associate to help provide customers with a friendly, efficient, and enjoyable express car-wash experience. The associate welcomes guests, explains wash packages and promotions, recommends Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and helps customers select options that suit their needs. The role also includes processing purchases, guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, monitoring wash operations, maintaining clean customer and work areas, performing routine site maintenance, and addressing customer concerns professionally. The position involves working outdoors in varying weather and performing physical tasks throughout the shift. Paid hands-on training is provided; previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required. Duties may be modified or expanded according to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a positive first impression.
• Explain wash options, memberships, promotions, and pricing.
• Recommend Unlimited Wash Club memberships to maximize customer value.
• Process purchases using cash and card payment systems.
• Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel.
• Monitor wash operations to help deliver a quality experience.
• Keep vacuum areas, tunnels, and customer spaces clean and organized.
• Complete routine cleaning and general site maintenance.
• Work with teammates to maintain a safe, efficient operation.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and with a positive attitude.
