Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn multiple software systems.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience providing customer service in a high-volume phone environment or call center.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery.
• Review orders for accuracy and identify potential issues before they become problems.
• Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide solutions when challenges arise.
• Learn the details of window and door products, components, configurations, and options.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by providing outstanding service.
