About The Position
Velocity Network, Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Experience Representative for our Fiber to the Home team. The incumbent will advise customers on the benefits of fiber optics through inbound and outbound sales calls. In addition, responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service in the areas of bill inquiries, service issues, payments, and handling equipment returns.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience in sales calls (inbound and outbound).
- Ability to handle bill inquiries, service issues, and payments.
- Ability to handle equipment returns.

- Experience in the Fiber to the Home industry.
