About The Position

Wincore Windows & Doors is hiring a Customer Experience Representative for its Customer Experience Team (CET). The team manages customer orders from start to finish and works to provide builders, dealers, and homeowners with an exceptional experience. The role involves managing orders through delivery, reviewing them for accuracy, resolving potential issues, and coordinating with internal teams. The representative will learn the company’s window and door products, components, configurations, and options, and build lasting customer relationships through dependable service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional use of positive, solution-oriented language.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and meet customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player while taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
• Ability to solve complex problems, learn quickly, manage priorities without sacrificing accuracy, communicate confidently, follow through, and work independently while supporting the team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience in a high-volume phone environment or call center.
• Knowledge of the fenestration (window and door) industry or experience with building products.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery.
• Review orders for accuracy and identify potential issues before they become problems.
• Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Shipping to support customer satisfaction.
• Provide solutions when challenges arise.
• Learn details of window and door products, components, configurations, and options.
• Build lasting customer relationships by providing outstanding service.
